Jess' job is very varied. As one of a small team looking after the NIR4 hand-held analysis device, Jess' role involves everything from customer support to assisting on all aspects of the ongoing commercial delivery of the product, including investigating new markets for the technology, representing the brand at trade shows and supporting our distributors. No two of Jess' days are the same.
