Chris Piotrowski was invited to speak at the Turkey Conference held in Cheshire earlier this month. It was a great event attended by over 300 delegates from UK, Europe and beyond, all of them associated with the production of turkeys. Chris took the opportunity to let the attendees know how much value can be gained from using NIR in turkey production.
