Some of you may know us as 'the Ingot people' but our company name is Aunir. Back in 2008 the original Aunir team put their heads together to come up with a name for the company as it was being separated from Central Labs. They came up with Aunir.
NIR for obvious reasons - NIR is what we live and breathe all day, every day. And the Au comes from the chemical symbol for gold.
Hence, Aunir is the gold standard in NIR.
Over the summer, we will be working hard on a new brand that will show off our heritage and bring a new look to the company. The new branding will be officially launched at NIR 2015 in Brazil but you'll see some new elements between now and then.
